Founded in 2022 and located in Taicang China-German Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, C-Laser (Taicang) Material Technology Co., Ltd. is deeply engaged in the high-end optical field. Backed by a professional team of 12 engineers, we have established a comprehensive integrated platform for R&D, processing, and testing of high-purity quartz materials, focusing on the development of high-end optical quartz materials to precisely meet the rigorous application requirements of high-end semiconductor, high-energy laser, special optics, and other cutting-edge fields.

At the end of 2022, our Phase I production line for high-grade synthetic quartz materials (10 tons/year) dedicated to lithography machines-covering core processes such as gas infiltration, stress relief, and ultra-smooth processing-and a full optical performance testing laboratory were officially completed. By 2023, we had built a standard modern workshop exceeding 2, 500 square meters, equipped with advanced manufacturing and testing equipment including 2 sets of stress relief equipment, 2 sets of plasma doping equipment, 10 sets of CNC 3-axis/4-axis/5-axis machining centers, 2 sets of high-precision optical measurement interferometers, 2 sets of 2D image measuring instruments, and 2 sets of high-precision optical CMMs, providing solid guarantee for product quality.

Our core product portfolio is diverse. It includes high-grade high-uniformity quartz materials for lithography machine lens systems, high-grade ultra-low CTE quartz materials for lithography machine transportation systems, as well as core components such as ultra-precision lithography stages and ultra-precision lithography chucks. Additionally, we offer high-performance customized optical components and related products, including optical lenses, mirrors, filters, windows, prisms, optical instruments, fused silica, quartz glass, quartz tubes, fused silica rods, quartz rods, and high-power lasers.
